International Security and Economic Policy
Ryan is a MPP candidate at the University of Maryland. During graduate school, Ryan has interned with the Department of State three times, the GAO once, and completed a research, teaching, and administrative graduate assistantship. Ryan is interested in international economic policy, international trade, and the intersection of economics and security (CFIUS, EAR, ITAR, etc.).
Ryan comes to UMD from Albania, where he served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Ryan holds dual bachelors degrees in accounting and economics.
